Soul Food Farm is surrounded by rolling hills, ancient oaks, lavender fields and olive trees. What better place than here, set in the hills of California to host farm events and workshops.
Here you will find information on our cooking classes, workshops and lectures. Talented chefs we’ve meet over the years come out to the farm and teach small personal cooking classes ranging from recipes for fresh picked produce, how to butcher a chicken, or making pickles. The skies the limit on learning and sharing cooking skills. We host workshops on a variety of subjects from making natural soaps, planting an herb garden, raising chickens and making cheese.
Besides our ever growing list of workshops, we also host events such as lectures, fundraising projects we’re excited about, picnics and farm dinners.
Interested in volunteering? We have once a month volunteer days that end in communal lunches. It a great way to get your hands dirty, learn something new and make friends.
