You’ll taste this luscious homemade ricotta against two commercial brands, then watch Janet demonstrate three spring recipes that put ricotta front and center. Janet is the co-author, with Rosetta Costantino, of My Calabria: Rustic Family Cooking from Italy’s Undiscovered South, the source of most of the class recipes.
